New DJ super team DJ Mehdi and Riton, better known as Carte Blanche, just released the video for their new single “Do! Do! Do!” featuring Chicago-based MC Kid Sister. The video starts off feeling like a noir film, but the quick burst of electronic music and appearance of Kid Sis’ as a voluptuous Fafi drawing (the graffiti artist helped direct the video, along with animator Yue Wu) totally fast forwards us to the after-work vibe. Hello, leftover Chinese food! It’s just another night hanging around the house in the bathrobe, trolling the internets, and blasting tunes. Can you eat your drawing and have it too? Now, that’s noir.
