Juri Zaech: Write a Bike

New to the Gallery is Parisian art director Juri Zaech‘s Write a Bike project. Even though we previously featured this project on the blog back in 2010, we still can’t stop lusting over these typographical cycles. The vintage-inspired design lacks functionality but our fingers are crossed for the creation of a successful prototype.

Jean-Christophe Naour: Kinect Graffiti

Innoiz Inc. has created a digital graffiti program by using the Microsoft Xbox Kinect camera to track the motion behind the art. The project, titled Kinect Graffiti was built using Processing, openGL, SimpleOpenNI, openNI and primeSense, and allows users to explore another creative dimension by tracking movement in both virtual and physical spaces. adNAU: Nike Back for the Future Event

Following hype as the “greatest shoe never made,” the 2011 production of Back to the Future‘s Nike MAG sneaker required the most epic grand unveiling. The September 8th release at Hollywood’s Montalban Theater and VIP event at Universal Studios featured dynamic designs by adNAU, including recessed illuminated trajectories and multicolored tangents of light to successfully project the space-time continuum.
