Today we're spotlighting the fine art GIFs of Greek artist Eleana Chrysanthou Petoussi. We immediately fell in love with her dynamic take on paintings and sketches, adding just enough movement to make her visions pop. The Cyprus-born artist studied at the Moscow State Academic Institute of Art (Surikov) before returning home to hone her skills and style.

"I am a fine artist filled with a high sensitivity in my surrounding environments and a feminist view of reality who creates personal and honest paintings as my passion for life and all forms of artistic expressions has always been the core value in my work," she explains in her bio. "My love for portraits and my constant inspiration deriving from the faces of the people who surround me aim in creating artworks not only to resemble their facial characteristics but to reveal the person’s state of mind, mood and feelings at that specific moment of time."
