Insta of the Week: Grimes at the Guggenheim

The Guggenheim Gala seems fun, if you like sweat-covered $6,000 suits as much as we do.

This is how it feels

Grimes grimed up the Guggenheim on Wednesday night at the first of two parties for the museum's yearly gala, sponsored by Dior and honoring the artists Monir Shahroudy Farmanfarmaian, Doris Salcedo, and the memory of On Kawara. Vogue describes the pre-party as having, "a particularly galactic feel and a pitch-perfect galactic sound," and when the lady of the evening climactically took her dancing to the floor, The New York Times described it as, "pausing to writhe with bacchic, herky-jerky abandon." If that's not a good time, we don't know what is.

. "Thank u everyone for being so nice I'm crying right now cuz I thought everyone was gonna hate it… It's unreal, this night," Grimes wrote on Twitter. Last week she dropped the video for "Flesh Without Blood/Life in the Vivid Dream" from her new ablum Art Angels. Check it out here:
