How often do you sit on the subway when someone who the signs say you should give your seat to wanders on and you just sit there falling further into your reading material? Every day, right? That’s the subject matter of this animation by Chinese director Sean Soong, where an old man gets on the train and looks around for a seat only to find downturned heads and averting eyes.What can you do in a situation like that? One reaction would be to take out a lightsaber and start laying waste to these nonchalant commuters with your command of the Force and general Jedi skills, which is exactly what he does in this witty and amusing (and violent) animation which descends into an all out subway war.So next time you see that seemingly fragile old man walking down your train car looking for a seat, get up and leave in peace.
