As the founder of Strike Gently Co, I deal in pins and patches daily. The Creators Project asked me to pull together a weekly roundup of the best newly-released pins. Most of these will probably sell out. If you like them, smash that “add to cart” button.

It’s almost Christmas, folks. If you’ve waited this long to buy gifts, you’re either a degenerate or an atheist—in either case, shame on you!!! Enjoy these killer releases. I’ve been writing this column for over a year now and every week there are dozens of great new pins released. This community ain’t goin’ nowhere, folks. Enjoy.

Every time I include a Simpsons pins in one of these, I make sure to add the disclaimer that I will “never feature another Simpsons pin.” Then a week later I discover that someone else has managed to beat this dead horse back to life again. Eternal recurrence? I will never feature another Simpsons pin.

Us pin makers work from home, and some of us are also a pinko commies. What I'm saying is, we love incense. I worship Nag Champa for its calming energy and healing qualities. Suspect LTD, one of the greatest pin makers in the game, has decided to immortalize Nag Champa (a package of which usually lasts a mere 2-3 days in my house) with this pretty pin. The packaging is also amazing.

I never watched Dragon Ball Z, and I know basically nothing about the show except that “super Saiyan” is a meme now, but this pin just looks awesome. I myself don’t know if Dragon Ball Z is cool, and I don’t care. Pins are purely aesthetic choices now. Punk is dead, remember? Folks?

I included this one because it’s a great design and then realized that I’m accidentally a good person because 50% of the sales go to children’s aid in Syria. You literally have no reason not to buy this for someone for the holidays. Just buy it.

While we’re on the topic of good designs, this one from Dorrarium is an instant classic. A simple concept, but executed with class. It’s a really flawless pin, as far as I’m concerned. Tack it on your backpack before you go shred some gnarly tubeage with your bros, home slice. I’m not from the West Coast so I hope that was somewhat accurate.
