"Is it possible to be an abstractaholic?" asks photographer Ray Hutchinson. His watery distortions of Seattle make the answer clear.

"Is it possible to be an abstractaholic?" asks Ray Hutchinson in the description for his new photo manipulation, Blueberry Tang. After flowing through the latest deluge of images Hutchinson has created in his signature rippling style, the answer might be obvious.

With some Photoshop prowess and a penchant for liquified and dripping image distortions, Hutchinson transforms snapshots of Seattle, Washington into surreal visions, refracting the city as if we were stuck beneath the surface of a pond or lake. Each image comes complete with a quirky title and description which reveals the story or emotional feeling behind the photo.
