The Best Way to Test YouTube's New 360° Video? Wingsuit Vids

Yesterday, YouTube announced a new kind of video format on their servers: fully interactive video orbs that let you look around in 360°. While these present vast possibilities for everything from virtual reality experiences to POV sports footage, one group is already at work mastering the new mediumL wingsuit divers. Apart from helping create a highly entertaining video of a hot air balloon swing, wingsuit diver Richard Ryan has already put together a 17-video repertoire of video orbs that explore the capabilities of 360° video.
