WonderlandThe dog days of summer are coming to an end, and the final MoMA PS1 Warm Up of August is kicking off at 3PM tomorrow. The musical lineup boasts Matias Aguayo, Kingdom, D∆WN, DJ Windows 98, Murlo, and FALSE WITNESS. The exhibit Zero Tolerance is this week’s choice art we think you ought to check out. The collection includes Turkish contemporary artist Halil Altindere’s short film Wonderland, which follows a group of Istanbul youth in the Tahribad-ı isyan hip-hop group, as they reckon with gentrification, inequality, and police intolerance while their neighborhood becomes demolished for a “urban renewal” program.
