The latest stop on our world tour extravaganza celebrating technology, creativity and contemporary culture took place this weekend in Beijing, China. This one was truly one for the record books: 3 days, 20 artists, 13 musical acts, dozens of film screenings, and panels on fashion, animation and pop music. Thousands of revelers came from all over China and beyond to bask in the LED lights and soak up some techno-culture with some of the most innovative artists in the world. Some of our favorites included: the fashion panel and clothing line installation by designer Vega Wang, Hojun Song’s Apple 2010 interactive LED sculpture, the animation panel with Peng Lei and the mind-bending performance from his punk-electro-pop outfit, New Pants (stay tuned here for an upcoming interview with the artist and musician later this week).We’ll be releasing more exclusive coverage, interviews, photos and videos here throughout the week, so be sure to check back so you can live out the party vicariously.
