The Suitcasemobile Is The Freshest Way To Travel Since The Dawn Of Luggage

This whip goes 12.5 miles per hour, guaranteeing you'll never miss a flight again.

You can feel it coming a mile away. It's sound system has been compared to Godzilla's roar. Rumor has it that it could be customized by designers like Louis Vuitton and Gucci. It's real and it might be the most important development in transportation vehicles since spinning rims. Motor-heads and car fanatics brace yourselves: this is the Suitcasemobile and it is the future of luggage.

China Radio International reports that a farmer from Hunan province has spent the past ten years developing a suitcase that can travel up to 12.5mph, rivaling your average motorized scooter. Not only can the back "trunk" carry two people, but it supposedly has a GPS navigation system and wheel hub motors.

Yup, it can get you to the right airport terminal on time and you'll never stress about lugging your stuff again (especially as you will be riding on top of it). The temptation of joyriding one of these around JFK and yelling swerve! at every chump whose broken suitcase continuously hits his ankles—that damn wobbly wheel—is too great to resist.

According to the article, the farmer even won a national invention patent for his invention. And rightfully so. We imagine riding it for the first time feels a little bit like when Birdman gave Lil Wayne his first Rolls Royce. Hey, we wouldn't be surprised if this vehicular badboy started appearing in every ostentatious hip-hop video. If this isn't the slickest way to travel in innovative style, we don't know what is.

And to think about our suitcase-vehicle hybrids, prior to the Suitcasemobile…
