For just shy of a million dollars, you can own your own piece of TV history. A stretch of land in what's known as "The Walking Dead town" for its use as a shooting location in the zombie-action TV series is being sold off on eBay. Its weathered, historic look, was just right for TWD Season 3 episode, "Clear," and according to its perfectly named seller, former mayor Jim Sells, the 11-building patch of land in Downtown Grantville, Georgia is "is always being scouted by the movie industries."

Currently, three upcoming films, including "two with very well known actors," and one sequel to The Ring are already signed up to film in Grantville, providing an early source of income for whoever decides to make the purchase. Also included in the $940,000 price tag are a bar and a pizza parlor.

For Walking Dead fans with money to burn, Sells is conducting tours every day at 2 PM. The posting even features fun facts about the area. Did you know that "there was a mop factory" on what is now a vacant lot in Downtown Grantville? Neither did we.

View the listing for yourself here, and take a virtual tour of the area on Google Street View.
