Peng Lei and his merry band of music-makers, New Pants, came to Coachella from China to prove to the crowds that their country "is a unique and special place."Their multi-hyphenate music style brings new wave, post-punk, indie rock, and synthesizers to the festival grounds, all in the space of one powerful set.
