See Walter White, The Simpsons, And Other TV Favorites As 8-Bit Paintings

This might be what a "Breaking Bad" arcade game would look like.

Artist Adam Lister has previously graced the world with watercolor interpretations of famous paintings, using an 8-bit stylization. From "Mona Lisa" to "Girl With The Pearl Earring," he melds iconic works with digital tropes in a seamless manner. Now Lister is back with more 8-bit creativity, including watercolor prints and three-dimensial sculptures of pop culture legends like the Breaking Bad cast and The Simpsons.

If you've ever wondered what a Walter White-themed arcade game would look like, you now have the answer. Lister made the 3D sculptures by digitizing his prints, then modeling them by hand using sandstone.

Check out some of his work below, and give us a shout in the comments if there are any other beloved TV characters he's missing. Personally, we'd love to see a 3D, 8-bit-influenced Cartman--or maybe even Adventure Time. Either way, Lister is definitely on to something clever.
