Chinese artists Sun Yuan and Peng Yu are bringing poetic tragedy to the forefront of Beijing’s mind with their new installation, Angel, which debuted last week. The disturbingly realistic piece is a not-so-subtle reminder of the fragility of life and the concept of a fall from grace. The duo have been previously known for their use of controversial materials, from dead babies to human fat. For Angel, however, they left the controversy for the piece itself, and worked with mainly fiberglass, silica gel, and stainless steel to create the startlingly realistic body.See what you feel about Angel in the images below:Click here for more from Sun Yuan and Peng Yu.via Daily MailRelated:Take A Twisted Stroll Through '50s Suburbia In Cyriak's Latest Animation10 Disturbing Pieces Of Street Art That'll Haunt Your NightmaresA Face-Melting Claymation Deconstructs the Human Head
